Dance to the beat of Reggae while savoring Jamaican flavors with Breeze Island Grille first-ever, summer-long Reggae Fest (now – August 13th), featuring live bands in all 36 locations across the country. It doesn’t stop there – to continue the celebration, Bahama Breeze is giving away a cruise for one righteous winner and a friend to the JamRock 5-night cruise to Jamaica.

Reggae Fest features include an outrageously delicious Jerk-Everything platter, party-friendly buckets of Red Stripe beer, and One Love, a new signature cocktail. Guests will also be treated to amplified sounds of summer inside the restaurant with signature reggae playlists from Gary Gunn as part of the brand’s ongoing partnership with the world-renown artist and music curator.

Taste of Jamaica: Feast on this festive plate of pulled pork, jerk chicken, beef empanadas, callaloo, sweet plantains, yellow rice and black beans.

taste-of-jamaica-2-HRCurry Goat: Guests looking for a true authentic experience should look no further. This traditional, full flavored Caribbean dish is the Reggae Fest Chef Special.

Speaking of weekends, Seasons 52 Altamonte Springs and Rosen Plaza Hotel debuted Sunday brunches. Seasons 52 features brand new entrées and signature brunch cocktails – like Shrubby Mary with Crop Organic Tomato Vodka and our house-made tomato-celery shrub.

Bloody Mary

We thoroughly enjoyed Shakshuka – pasture-raised eggs baked in a sauce of sweet peppers, tomatoes, chorizo and crumbled feta; Brick Oven Brioche French toast with blueberry-infused maple syrup, whiskey-smoked brown sugar pecans; Smoked Salmon Flatbread – crisp bread, cold-smoked Kendall Brook salmon, capers, red onion, horseradish crema; S52 Eggs Benedict, and Vegetable Frittata.

Now here’s a sweet deal – Hot summer Sundays are cooler at ’39 Poolside Bar & Grill at the Rosen Plaza Hotel on International Drive, Central Florida’s only poolside brunch with live music. Guests can dine alfresco at umbrella tables, build their own Bloody Mary, choose from a special brunch menu created by the Rosen Plaza chefs and take a dip in the pool.

The Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary station is a salad bar in a glass, with 39 ingredients, from standard celery and olive garnishes, to the more inventive pickled veggies, okra, green beans, tiny mozzarella balls, and even meat straws that add a smoky tang. Even the traditional Mimosa is transformed with a choice of exotic juice flavors. Drinks include Bloody Marys ($6.50 each) and Mimosas ($3 each), Bud Light and Corona Light drafts ($4 each).

The a la carte Brunch menu includes Kahlua French Toast Sticks with bananas and caramel maple syrup; Chicken and Waffles Sliders with organic bourbon-barrel aged pure maple syrup; the ’39 Benny, a crab-cake eggs Benedict served on a crispy potato base; and omelets, along with traditional sides. The brunch is available 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Sunday.
