Pearson’s Catering serving delicious details to Central Florida recently opened Pearson’s Cafe in downtown Orlando, at the urging of their catering customers. Chef Kim’s creative approach to “fresh and delicious” is demonstrated in made-from-scratch dishes and local sourcing (breads from Olde Hearth Bread Company, coffee from Credo). They chose the Orange Ave location because of its proximity to downtown, as well as their catering kitchen, near Santiago’s Bodega.
We very much relished the freshness, quality ingredients, bold flavors. Our local foodie Mr. Jimenez especially enjoyed Blackened Chicken Sandwich: blackened chicken – chicken breast, pepper jack, roasted red peppers + black bean, tomato garlic aioli, sourdough bread. And Pearson’s Meatloaf – scratch made meatloaf, caramelized onions + smoked tomato chutney, grilled sourdough bread.
Grilled flank stead wrap was finger licking juicy!!
Equally impressive were the in-house dessert bars and assorted cookies.
Pearson’s Cafe is open Monday – Friday 9 am to 4 pm and closed on weekends. 807 N. Orange Ave. Orlando, FL 32801. P: 407-420-7888
